The internal complaints committee (ICC) has been set up n the institution under the guideline of UGC. The aim of establishing this committee is to provide protection to the employees against any kind of harassment. In other words the committee gives an environment to the employees to work freely without any diffidence of any sort of physical, mental or psychological harassment. ICC is very much related to women empowerment because it provides protection against sexual harassment at the work place.
